Dr. Robert is recommending surgery, he thinks that he can get to all that cancer in the prostate and potentially some lymph nodes. There is also the option of just staying on hormone therapy, and just wait. It's really my decision to make. The doctor thinks chances of cure is much better with surgery followed by hormone therapy.
