Dr. Robert Collins (Stanford Hospital) |
Yesterday I went down to Stanford Hospital to see Dr Robert Collins for my annual check up, it has been 3 years since my prostactomy. Martha has been nervous about this appointment when she heard that my PSA has gone up to 0.2 from 0.125 since last year. I really was not concerned because I felt that I was still under the influence of the hormone treatment.
Well they did the works on me a CT scan, where they took a bunch of images. Then Dr Collins assured us that the increase in PSA is because it's not fully stable yet. And it is normal.
Went to see Dr. Robert for my yearly medical check up, with some blood work. My cholesterol is up and need to increase the medication dosage. I need to start ramping my exercise routine, and cut down on red meat intake. Goal to bring it down to a normal level before my next appointment in 6 months.
